We build an AI-powered trading technology platform. Our product is software for research and workflow — not a broker, an adviser, or a money manager.
Our mission is to give self-directed market participants a clearer, better-organised view of the information they already rely on, and a disciplined place to record how they reach a decision.
We believe better tooling improves process, and that a better process is the only part of trading anyone can actually control. We make no claim about the outcomes anyone will achieve using our software.
Information relevant to a trading decision is spread across broker terminals, news feeds, filings, spreadsheets, and messaging apps. Very little of it is structured, and almost none of it is stored next to the reasoning it informed.
That fragmentation costs time, makes comparisons unreliable, and makes it nearly impossible to review a decision honestly afterwards. It also makes people vulnerable to whichever source happens to be loudest.
Edgara consolidates that material into a single workspace, applies AI to summarise and structure it, and keeps the user's own notes attached to it.
The tooling available to independent traders has not kept pace with the volume of information they are expected to process. Institutional desks have research infrastructure; individuals largely have browser tabs.
Language models made it practical, for the first time, to structure large volumes of unstructured market text at a cost an individual can bear. That is the specific opening we are building into — carefully, and without overstating what the technology can do.
We release a small set of capabilities that work reliably before adding more, and we label anything unfinished as in development or planned.
AI output is only useful if it can be checked. Summaries stay connected to the material they were derived from.
We do not publish performance claims, testimonials, or statistics we cannot substantiate, and we do not describe ourselves as regulated or licensed.
